The client who places their products on the market in the countries of Romania and Bulgaria needed an analysis of their current product sales as well as a prediction of future sales in the upcoming months, categorized by product type and by cities.
Solution?
The existing database of the client was taken into account. For each product group categorized by type, a model was developed that provides visualizations of sales by cities, by category, profit made for each product in different cities and by dates.
Additionally, the percentage representation of sales by product was displayed, along with a presentation of the top-selling and least-selling products by cities. A predictive model for future sales in the coming months was also created, taking into consideration the database and sales history.
This was done with the aim of forecasting demand while considering the upcoming situation, allowing the client to take specific steps to improve sales in different cities.
Expected results?
This solution provided the client with a detailed analysis of sales trends, inventory planning, and timely product delivery by cities. It also allowed for timely reactions and planning in case the analyses indicated a decrease in sales.
The insights gained from this analysis will enable the company to plan future steps and make informed decisions to improve its business operations and sales strategies.
